You can be a part of Schola Cantorum without even singing a note! Schola's wonderful and dedicated volunteers provide essential support for our concerts, programs and events. You too can help, by offering as little as one hour of your time each month. Here are just some of the volunteer opportunities available.

Schedule: weekend afternoons or evenings
Time commitment: 4 hours maximum per concert
Location: Schola concert venues in the South Bay and Peninsula
Schedule: Any time!
Time commitment: minimum of one hour per concert (four concerts per year)
Location: Your neighborhood or work-place
Share your expertise with Schola by serving on one of our board committees. We are especially looking for people with experience in marketing, public relations, human resources and personnel, finance and accounting, youth education, special event management, corporate relations and fund raising.
Schedule: Flexible, depending on committee
Time commitment: Three hours per month
Location: Flexible, depending on committee
Schola's Board of Directors provides essential governance and support for the organization as well as directing and participating in Schola's fund raising activities, and acting as "good-will" ambassadors to the community. We are particularly looking for people with strong corporate and community connections, business, financial and personnel management skills, and prior board experience especially in the area of fund raising and development.
Schedule: Mainly weekday evenings, plus
attendance at Schola concerts and special events
Time commitment: Five hours per month
Location: Board meetings in Los Altos, and duties at other locations as
required
